Upon the payment of your deposit and completion of this form, your due date will be marked in my calendar. There are only a number of newborn sessions available each month for scheduling reasons. For this reason the booking fee is non-refundable. Please advise when bubs has arrived (when you get the chance). This will ensure priority can be made to your preferred session day. Please advise if you have preference to a weekend or specific day of the week. The deposit amount is deducted from the total package price.

Digital negatives, prints and copyrights: The client reserves the right to all negatives and digital files for personal use in order to print and reproduce and distribute as they please. It is agreed that the photographer holds the right to reproduce and use any images from the session for the use of advertising, display, internet promotion, competition and public display.

You will receive the link to your online gallery within 2-3 weeks. All of your high resolution images can be downloaded from this gallery. The gallery is password protected for your privacy. Your images will be retouched and ready to print. USB drives are available for an additional charge.
